I never want to miss an opportunity to give God the glory, even in the little things. I encourage you to do the same. This year I declared favor over my life and family, in the name of Jesus. He has not ceased to amaze me, yet. Many of you already know that I rented a compact vehicle last Sunday to replace my totaled vehicle. I received a luxury minivan for the same price, which was a $300 difference. Hallelujah!
On last Friday, I had a birthday party with a 15-person minimum. On the Thursday before, I had a count of seven people. By noon on that day, I had a count of 14. Twenty-three people showed up at the party and we had a fabulous time! Glory to God. I did not know that I had that many friends. (smile) The Lord knows what we need even before we ask of him.
Finally, my husband purchased me a laptop computer for my birthday. We got a great deal on a 64-bit refurbished machine with lots of memory and hard drive disk space for a fraction of the price. When I went to pick up the computer, the box had been opened. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the presentation of my purchase, after we had made such a large investment, at least for our budget. As a result, I received Geek Squad protection for a year for all three of our computers at $100 off and it included Antivirus software protection for them as well. I give God the glory!
It is only January 15 and He has done so much for my family and me. There are great things in store for us in 2012. I decree the same things for you as well, in Jesus name! Amen!
